Exemption Notice

QUANTUMCAP LTD (Company number 17131047), trading as JustHoney.AI, is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because all visual content displayed on this website is AI-generated imagery produced entirely by generative artificial intelligence systems.

No real human beings were photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted in the creation of any visual content on this site. No models or performers were hired, engaged, or employed. The imagery is not derived from, traced over, or based on real photographs or video of any actual person.

AI-Generated Content

All visual content on JustHoney.AI — including still images, videos, and AI companion depictions — is produced by JustHoney.AI directly, using diffusion-based AI image and video synthesis technologies (including Stable Diffusion, associated ComfyUI workflows, and analogous models). These systems create entirely fictional imagery from learned mathematical representations and do not capture, reproduce, or depict any real person, living or deceased.

Visual content is not generated at user prompt. At launch, users do not upload images, commission image generation, or otherwise produce visual content on the platform — the sole user input to the platform is text-based chat with AI companions. All imagery and video appearing on the platform is generated, curated and approved by JustHoney.AI before publication to the platform.

The AI companions featured on the platform are fictional characters. They are not modelled on, and do not represent, any real individual. Any resemblance between an AI-generated character and a real person is coincidental and unintended.

If user-initiated visual content generation is introduced in the future, the Prohibited Content Policy and CSAM policy set out below will apply in full to any such content, and this statement will be updated to describe the safeguards in place for that workflow.

Prohibited Content Policy

JustHoney.AI's AI generation pipeline is designed and operated to refuse the production of any of the following categories of content, and any content of these categories will not be published to the platform under any circumstance:

• content depicting real, identifiable persons in any sexual or intimate context, including so-called "deepfake" content;
• non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind, including so-called "revenge porn";
• any content that depicts, suggests, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a minor in any sexual or suggestive context;
• any content derived from, traced over, or based on real photographs or video of actual persons engaged in sexual conduct.

These prohibitions are enforced through model-level safeguards that refuse prohibited generations, internal curation and editorial review before any generated content is published to the platform, and the user conduct obligations set out in the JustHoney.AI Terms of Service (Sections 10.2 and 12) — which prohibit users from prompting or soliciting content of the types listed above via text chat, and which authorise immediate moderation action against any user who attempts to do so.

Zero-Tolerance CSAM Policy

JustHoney.AI maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that depicts, suggests, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a minor in any sexual or suggestive context is strictly prohibited. Our AI generation pipeline is configured to refuse such outputs at the model level, and any content that is nonetheless identified or reasonably suspected to be CSAM — whether in content generated on the platform, or in any user-submitted text input — will be removed immediately and preserved for law enforcement purposes.

We report any such content as required by applicable law, including:

• to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the United Kingdom, and to UK law-enforcement authorities including the National Crime Agency (NCA) via its Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP), in respect of content connected with the United Kingdom;
• to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, in respect of content connected with the United States or otherwise required to be reported under U.S. law; and
• to any other competent authority in any other jurisdiction as appropriate.

We cooperate fully with any investigation by these bodies and preserve relevant content and metadata for evidential purposes.

Age Verification

JustHoney.AI is intended exclusively for adult users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Access to NSFW content and NSFW companion behaviour is gated behind two cumulative requirements:

• Successful completion of age verification via our third-party age verification provider; and
• An active Paid Subscription.

At landing, every visitor is presented with an age gate requiring confirmation that they are 18 or older before any further access is granted. At account registration, users re-confirm that they are 18 or older. These are self-declarations only — they grant access to SFW (non-adult) content and SFW companion behaviour, but not to any NSFW content or functionality.

To unlock NSFW content, the user must subsequently complete age verification with our third-party age verification provider during the subscription flow. The method by which age verification is performed (facial age estimation, identity verification, or facial age estimation followed by identity verification as a fallback) is determined by the user's jurisdiction in accordance with the JustHoney.AI Terms of Service (Section 6). Payment card processing for JustHoney.AI is handled by our third-party payment services provider on a pre-authorisation-first basis — on subscription purchase, the payment services provider places a pre-authorisation hold on the card but no charge is captured until the age verification provider returns a pass result. If the age verification provider returns a fail, the pre-authorisation is voided, no charge is taken, the subscription is cancelled, and NSFW functionality is never unlocked on the account. No further payment attempts can be made on the account following an age-verification failure.

Our age verification provider is an independent third-party age-assurance specialist; the current provider, together with our other sub-processors, is identified in the JustHoney.AI Privacy Policy. Where facial age estimation applies, the user submits a short facial image to the provider; where identity verification applies (either as a fallback to facial age estimation or directly in jurisdictions whose laws require an identity-based check), the user submits a government-issued identity document and a short facial image. In each case, the data is processed by the provider directly, in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy. JustHoney.AI does not receive, store, or process the underlying facial image, identity document, or biometric data; we receive only the pass/fail result together with a limited technical audit record (including the verification method used).

We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe is being operated by a person under the age of 18.

The Service is also unavailable in jurisdictions in which it cannot lawfully be made available or in which we have determined access should be restricted. Where this is the case, requests are rejected at our network edge before any registration, age verification, or payment flow can be reached.
